Security guards are employed by the company contracted by the Shared Facilities. The primary role of the security guards is to protect the facilties and common areas of this community. Phone: 416-512-6489
Security guards operate on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the Gatehouse

• Provide security for the facilities and common areas of this community
• Monitor close circuit TV and alarms
• Notify residents when visitors arrive
• Issue vistor's parking passes
• Attend to noise complaints
• Carry out patrols of the all common areas, garage, fire control and electrical rooms covering all the buildings
• Report all property damage to Property Management team
• Attend to general emergency situations
• Liaise with police and report suspicious behaviour, stealing and other offences
• Outside Property Management hours, deal with common areas issues such as elevator malfunction, broken locks and gates

• They cannot hold resident keys or envelopes for contractors or friends
• They cannot accept deliveries for residents which require a signature
• They cannot get involved in any civil disputes, e.g. domestic disturbances
